Job Duties and Responsibilities
The Program Manager II will play a key role on the Field Operations team and supporting the SVP of Boost Retail Wireless National Retail Sales & Operations. This role will be responsible for managing cross-functional programs and projects, driving operational efficiency, and providing high-level executive support. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and lead medium to large-scale projects and programs supporting national retail sales and field operations initiatives
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, schedules, and status reports to ensure milestones and deliverables are met on time
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, operations, channel partnerships, business development, and finance to drive alignment and ensure program success
  • Analyze program performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations to leadership
  • Identify process improvement opportunities and implement solutions to enhance operational efficiency within the organization
  • Support the organization with program strategy development, meeting preparation, and field communication plans
  • Prepare executive-level presentations, business updates, and reports for senior leadership and stakeholder meetings

Executive Assistant Support (30% of role):
  • Provide high-level administrative support to the SVP, Boost Retail Wireless National Retail Sales & Operations, including calendar management, travel coordination, and meeting logistics
  • Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion, ensuring seamless communication and scheduling for the SVP
  • Coordinate executive meetings, offsites, and leadership events, managing agendas, materials, and follow-up action

This position will play a vital role in the growth and long-term success of our company. As a Program Manager II, you must dedicate your efforts towards initiatives that change the way Boost engages, collaborates and ultimately competes in the marketplace. The wide-ranging nature of the position will afford the opportunity to influence change within many aspects of the business. Ideal candidates possess the following:
Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 3 - 5 years of program/project management experience, preferably within wireless, or field operations environments
  • Experience supporting executive leaders and handling administrative duties in a dynamic, fast-paced setting

Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Be naturally curious and willing to seek out and learn new information
  • Ability to interact and work cross-functionally with executive-level positions across the organization
  • Self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed

Salary Ranges
Compensation: $83,203.00/Year - $118,910.00/Year

The base pay range shown is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, and competencies; compensation is based on the role's location and is subject to change based on work location.
