BAE Systems' Countermeasures & Attack Solutions (CEMA) Business Area has an immediate opening for a highly motivated Program Manager in the Advanced Compact EW Solutions (ACES) Product Line. This is a dynamic program management opportunity to support a major franchise program in ACES. This position will report directly to the Program Director. Candidates for this role should have a demonstrated history in transitioning products from development to production and full rate production.
Required Education, Experience, & Skills

  • Demonstrated program management skills in development, transition to production, and/or full rate production phases


Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills

  • Active Secret clearance
  • Program Management Professional (PMP) Certification
  • Demonstrated mastery of Program Management, Life-Cycle Management and Risk & Opportunity Management
  • Strong planning and organizational skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex problems
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively build and lead teams


Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $146670 - $249330
Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
