What You'll Do:
- Drive Operational Efficiency: Identify workflow gaps and lead process improvements, implement best practices and automation to boost productivity, and support change management initiatives across the organization.
- Lead Program Strategy & Execution: Set clear program goals and use data and improve performance, define KPIs to measure success and align with business objectives, and evaluate and prioritize projects based on business needs and team input.
- Collaborate & Communicate Across Teams: Work closely with internal teams to optimize resources while getting results, use project management tools to lead high-volume initiatives efficiently, regularly update leadership on progress, risks, and roadblocks.
- Manage Risk & Ensure Delivery: Proactively identify potential risks and resolve them before they escalate, and ensure smooth execution and on-time delivery of critical programs.
What You'll Need:
- Education & Experience: Bachelor's degree and 5+ years' demonstrated ability of taking ownership and getting results in data-driven environment and experience building tools and programs to tackle problems.
- Analytical & Technical Skills: Strong analytical skills, including financial and data modeling, proficiency with CRM tools, especially Salesforce, and experience operationalizing processes across Sales, Tech, and Operations teams.
- Collaboration & Leadership: Natural ability to work cross-functionally and drive results as part of a team, strong influencing skills, with the ability to guide decisions and accelerate progress through data-backed recommendations.
- Execution & Communication: Excellent time management and prioritization skills, high attention to detail and ability to adapt to changing priorities, clear, effective written and verbal communication skills, and willingness to travel as needed.
Bonus:
- MBA or Master's degree
- Proficiency with SQL, Lucidchart, or TeamGantt
- Experience in the veterinary or pharmaceutical industry
Hub Locations & Work Arrangement:
- Hybrid Model: 3 days in hub location per week
- Remote: This role is NOT a remote role.
