About the Role:

As a Program Manager for Enterprise Partners, you will lead a growing team of coaches who are the first-line support to our students, providing all the information they need to succeed and graduate from their programs. You will also support the client success team to provide clear and up-to-date information and data on student progress. 

What you will do:

  • Manage Coaches

    • Manage a team of coaches, and ensure that Coaches have everything they need to support our students successfully. 

    • Lead onboarding of new coaches. Lead continuous improvement and sharing of best practices amongst all Coaches to ensure that communication follows Stepful’s supportive tone. 

    • Meet weekly 1:1 with coaches to review individual students' load and support their growth, providing actionable feedback.

    • Monitor and evaluate coach performance, providing constructive feedback and guidance on how they can best support their students

  • Drive Cohort outcomes

    • Track student, cohort and partner level data for outcomes - including retention, graduation, certification , externship placement and job placement rates

    • Run weekly or bi-weekly cohort-specific task force meetings to assess progress and strategize to achieve success metrics.

    • Lead ad hoc strategies to improve student operations to help rapidly scale the coaching team while delivering excellent student support. 

  • Report Cohort and Partner level data

    • Proactively update all data and reports to support the client success team

    • Communicate with enterprise partners to update them on students’ progress

This job is for you if:

  • You have 2+ years of experience

  • You have experience in and like building operational processes

  • You have experience in managing multiple team members and can motivate them to support a large number of students

  • You are detail-oriented and are data aware. You have advanced skills in excel

  • You are passionate about helping students change their lives through access to education

  • You have strong communication skills

  • You are willing to do whatever it takes to get the job done successfully

  • You learn quickly through experimentation

  • You thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment

Bonus points if:

  • You worked in healthcare or EdTech

  • You have taught or coordinated online courses at scale
