Job Summary
Altice USA is looking for a highly organized Program Manager to oversee and streamline lead management processes for new multi-dwelling B2C data and mobile bulk business opportunities. This individual will be responsible for sourcing, tracking and optimizing lead assignments, ensuring timely opportunity progression. Reporting and analytics will be used to provide Channel progress readouts and identify strategic plans. The role plays a critical part in enhancing operational efficiency and identifying incremental lead opportunities within the Optimum service area.
Responsibilities
Lead Tracking & Management:
Mine all new construction leads across various tools and service areas nationwide.
Build property records in Salesforce for newly reported opportunities.
Create opportunity records for each new build property and assign them to managers.
Ensure managers receive notifications and properly assign opportunities to the appropriate Account Executives (AEs).
Process Optimization & Reporting:
Provide weekly reports to track AE assignments and ensure opportunities progress effectively.
Support ongoing reporting efforts, ensuring AEs capture key data such as contacts, first CO dates, and additional sales insights.
Close gaps in the lead-to-opportunity pipeline to maximize new customer acquisitions.
Develop leader boards, bringing focus to key metrics driving revenue and subscriber growth.
Working with the Commission Team to identify commission trends to identify risk and opportunity.
Phase 2: Business Winback & Data Analytics:
Identify and mine opportunities to win business that is not-currently tracked in Salesforce.
Assist with analytics, reporting, and presentation building for Communities leadership.
Support special projects, senior leadership requests, and OMS reporting needs.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
7 years of experience in sales operations, program management, or lead generation, preferably in telecommunications.
Strong Salesforce experience, including data entry, lead tracking, and reporting.
Proven ability to manage high volumes of data and optimize workflow processes.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Skills:
Experience in telecommunications or broadband services.
Advanced data analysis and reporting capabilities.
Ability to create compelling presentations for executive-level stakeholders.
