Leidos has a direct placement for a Program Management Office (PMO) Analyst to provide support for our commercial airport contracts at various Federalized airports both within the continental US as well as remote locations at US territories. These efforts are funded by commercial entities such as General Contractors, Airports, Airlines and Airport Authorities.  The person in this position will provide back-office support, gather requirements, generate and update Statements of Work (SOWs) for subcontracted efforts that are required across the commercial efforts. Provide back-office support assisting Commercial Project Managers with project preparation execution and close out. They will also cultivate commercial work through capturing requirements, authoring the external and internal artifacts needed for the commercial work and managing some aspects of the commercial efforts.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • For Commercial Efforts:

    • Assist the Commercial Efforts Project Managers with collecting and tracking requirements, follow-up with prospective Commercial Efforts customers so that bid packages can be developed.  The bid packages include artifacts external to Leidos (i.e., Services Agreements) as well as internal artifacts (Bid Approval Review (BAR) package, Bid Approval Memorandum, Pre-Award Risk Checklist, Basis of Estimate) for approval prior to submitting the Services Agreement to the prospective customer.

    • The Commercial Efforts work will require SOW generation as described above review of subcontracted SOWs authored by others across the team.

    • Once the commercial work is awarded, manage and/or assist with the management of the execution which ensures invoicing, securing and aligning Leidos and subcontracted resources, developing and executing schedules, gathering and submitting test notifications, developing Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEM) schedules, ensuring all close-out documents are generated and delivered, ensuring invoicing details are provided to other members of the Leidos Team to allow prompt invoicing, following up on invoice payments. Perform project cost analysis to track project performance in support of the commercial business operating plan.

  • The successful candidate will be a self-starter with high energy and initiative to easily adapt to dynamic, fast-paced work environments and multi-task across efforts.

MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:  

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred or equivalent experience accepted in lieu of degree

  • Excellent communication skills – written and verbal

  • Works well in a remote team environment and able to ask the “right questions” to obtain critical information from a wide range of sources (personnel and other reference data)

  • Well organized and able to work in a fast paced, dynamic environment

  • Excellent attention to detail and develops high quality services and products (e.g., SOWs, schedules, invoice data)

  • Experience working as part of a geographically dispersed team

  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently with a cross-functional team

  • Advanced Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel skills

ADDITIONAL DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Ability to balance priorities and to thrive in a multi-project environment.

  • The candidate must be a strong team player, capable of dealing with complex issues and the ability to interface with multiple groups.

Pay Range:Pay Range $72,150.00 - $130,425.00

The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other law.
