Leidos’ Health & Services Sector has an opening for a Program Financial Analyst to support our Integrated Mission Operations Contract III (IMOC III) within the Government Services & Solutions Business Area. This role is 100% remote and partners closely with Program Management, Project Managers, and the Finance/Business Operations team.
Reporting to the Project Control Manager, you will support a highly detail-oriented customer by delivering accurate, timely financial reporting and invoicing. This position is best suited for someone who is responsive, comfortable answering frequent questions, and skilled at translating program financial data into customer-ready formats.
Primary Responsibilities
Customer deliverables
Support day-to-day customer financial deliverables, including invoicing and required reporting
Pull, validate, and reconcile actuals from OAC (Oracle Analytics Cloud) against program expectations
Analyze monthly incurred cost to support customer cost and labor reporting and invoicing
Identify trends and anomalies in cost/performance data and recommend corrective actions
Use advanced Excel formulas to transform and map data into customer-specific formats
Provide responsive, high-quality support to a customer with tight reporting standards and frequent requests
Internal program and corporate reporting
Maintain the program budget, track progress against baseline, and communicate financial risks/opportunities
Prepare and present financial forecasts, performance metrics, and trend analysis for internal and external stakeholders
Support month-end close, including forecasting and variance analysis for Revenue, EBITDA, OCF, and backlog
Assist with annual budget/pricing to derive contract value by government fiscal year
Complete QFSR activities, including bottoms-up EAC, award fee analysis, balance sheet metrics, and presentations to leadership
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree with 4–8 years of relevant finance/project controls experience (or Master’s with 2–6 years)
Demonstrated experience with customer-facing financial reporting and invoicing
Hands-on experience pulling and interpreting actuals in OAC, performing trend/anomaly analysis, and EAC development
Advanced Excel skills (e.g., formulas to map/transform datasets into customer formats)
Strong attention to detail, organization, and ability to manage multiple priorities independently
Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to respond clearly to detailed customer questions
Experience with Costpoint and Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC)
Preferred Qualifications
Smart View experience
Experience with 533M cost reporting template
Government contracting finance experience including proficiency in forecasting, AOP, variance analysis, and QFSR
Prior support to program/project managers in a matrixed environment
