Because of the need for consistent, in-person collaboration and/or the requirement to perform all work onsite due to the nature of this role, it will be performed full time on site. This means work will be conducted on location at a BAE Systems facility 100% of the time.

Reporting under the Drop 13+ Modernized Countermeasures Controller (M-CMC) PEM, primary duties and responsibilities include:
  • Lead and own Control Account Management (CAM) responsibilities of all M-CMC PEM tasking to include EVMS management and management of EAC baselines. Monitor project plans and execution to ensure technical and work scope requirements, schedule, and budget are well defined and maintained.
  • Lead and own the RF Stimulation strategy for the M-CMC integration and test effort.
  • Lead and own the execution of all M-CMC proposal activity to include preparation of Technical Bid Review packages for presentation to the Block 4 Development Program Engineering Lead and the F-35 Solutions Product Line Engineering Lead.
  • Assist with M-CMC engineering staffing and staffing allocation via the IRMS tool.
  • Partner and collaborate with other Drop 13+ PEMs, program managers, functional engineering managers, and Operations personnel to ensure program goals, requirements, and needs are understood and achieved.
  • Ensure project and product safety are managed in accordance with company policies, procedures, processes, and best practices. Required Education, Experience, & Skills
  • Active Secret Security clearance and ability to obtain Special Access clearances
  • Bachelor's Degree and 10 years work experience or equivalent experience
  • Project engineering management including organizational design, planning, estimating, design management, and product verification
  • Experience using Design to Cost (DTC) methods; leading to technical solutions that meet affordability and producibility requirements

Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills
  • Experience supporting Electronic Warfare Programs
  • Experience during Integration and Test phase of programs as well as transition to production
  • Experience leading $10M+ EMD and/or Production programs
  • Agile / "Agile -like" project execution is a plus

Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $146670 - $249330
Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
