Are you an experienced Program Director, looking for a challenging and dynamic role? BAE Systems' Countermeasure and Electromagnetic Attack Solutions (CEMA) Business Area has an immediate opening for a highly motivated Program Director in the Integrated Survivability Solutions (ISS) Product Line where they will lead BAE's Optics & Countermeasures (OCM) program area.
This is a dynamic role leading cross-functional teams to execute existing development programs, transition programs to production, and win new business pursuits that enhance BAE's EO/IR product offerings.

Required Education, Experience, & Skills
  • Demonstrated ability to develop strong customer relationships to support both program execution and new business pursuits
  • Demonstrated capture lead experience for competitive pursuits
  • Demonstrated program management skills in complex new product development with an eye towards successful transitions to production
  • Demonstrated ability to successfully manage teams across different geographic regions to achieve a common goal in concert with one another
  • Strong planning and organizational skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex problems
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively build and lead teams
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate to both program teams and executive leadership
  • Strong leadership, coaching and mentoring skills with the ability to achieve results through others
  • Strong financial acumen with the ability to analyze and manage budgets effectively
  • Extensive experience in managing and overseeing subcontractor relationships
  • In-depth experience in identifying and mitigating Risks and Opportunities (R&O) to drive project success
  • Skilled in dynamic scope management, ensuring projects stay on track and aligned with goals
  • Bachelor's Degree in a technical or business-related discipline and a minimum of 12 years of experience leading technical and program teams through all phases of the lifecycle
  • Active Secret clearance

Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills
  • Ability to obtain Top Secret and Special Access Clearances
  • Program Management Professional (PMP) Certification
  • Demonstrated successful capture lead roles
  • Demonstrated mastery of Program Management, Life-Cycle Management, and Risk & Opportunity Management
  • Master's degree in a technical discipline or M.B.A.

Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $169630 - $288370
Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
