Your Future Team
The Atlassian Champion Programs team oversees champion programming and experiences, as well as relationship management with our top community ambassadors, contributors, advocates, mentors and change agents. We serve as a center of excellence for all things champions, designing strategies to recognize, engage, activate and incentivize champions of Atlassian products and solutions.

What You'll Do

  • Learn the skills to become an Atlassian Champion Program Manager
  • Engage with our community champions in an inclusive, welcoming and helpful way
  • Support new champion onboarding experiences
  • Liaise with champions day-to-day online and in-person to build relationships
  • Help support champions to organize successful community events
  • Help design, support and facilitate engaging online and in-person networking and training opportunities for champions
  • Support growth initiatives to grow the number of champions worldwide


Your Background

  • Currently enrolled in a 4 year degree program and graduating by June 2025
  • Pursuing a degree in Business, Communication, Psychology, Sociology, Marketing, Education or similar
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience working in a team environment
  • Ability to stay organized while juggling numerous priorities
  • Experience as a volunteer or working with volunteers is a plus
  • Please note: At this time, this role is only open to entry-level candidates with less than a year of professional experience (this does not include internships/co-ops)


Compensation
At Atlassian, we strive to design equitable and explainable compensation programs. To support this goal, the baseline of our range is higher than that of the typical market range, but in turn we expect to hire most candidates near this baseline. Base pay within the range is determined by a candidate's skills, expertise, or experience.
In the United States, we have three geographic pay zones. For this role, our current base pay ranges for new hires in each zone are:
Zone A: $72,900 - $97,200
Zone B: $65,600 - $87,500
Zone C: $60,500 - $80,700
This role may also be eligible for benefits, bonuses, commissions, and equity.
