- Proven ability to hire, mentor, and develop diverse Professional Service Teams.
- Exceptional relationship-building and stakeholder engagement skills, including C-suite communication.
- Strong negotiation and conflict-resolution abilities
- Experience in executing Implementation Professional Services in a SaaS environment.
- Skilled capacity management and team development
- Ability to manage a wide portfolio of individual and team projects.
- Strong understanding of SaaS and the technology industry
- Knowledge of HR - highly regarded
- Experience in project management
- Strong problem-solving skills and an ability to think outside of the box
- Ability to interact with product specialists and development teams around delivery/roadmap

About You

What will you do?
- Manage, mentor and enable a team of Implementation Managers.
- Work closely with customers with the drive to help them achieve their business goals and promote best practice.
- Oversee and be accountable for the portfolio of projects owned by your team.
- Partner with HiBob's Go To Market organization in outlining excellence in service delivery.
- Collaborate with both Customer and Prospects, building bespoke Statements of Work and Project Plans to align to delivery.
- Become a trusted advisor and ambassador of change in our customers' workspace.
- Be an advocate for our customers in collaborating with other departments across the organisation, including Product and Development.
- Be the main point of contact for our clients from point of sale through to deployment.
- Gather system requirements and business objectives from customers.
- Assess how best to configure the platform and provide guidance on best practices and successful deployment.
- Meet and exceed department KPIs through data-driven analysis, planning and execution.
- Identify and analyze project risks & dependencies on an ongoing basis.
- Work cross-functionally with our Sales, CS Engineers, Product & Account teams.
