What You'll Do:
Program Strategy & Design
- Shape and manage professional development experiences that support ICs at all career stages.
- Scope new programs and refresh existing ones by leveraging a combination of digital tools, third-party resources, and in-house expertise.
- Translate GM's competencies, behaviors, and employee feedback into relevant, scalable learning journeys.
- Ensure learning materials are modern, modular, and accessible across formats-live, digital, and self-directed.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with Instructional Design, Digital Learning, Facilitation, HRBPs, and People Analytics to shape, evolve, and evaluate programs.
- Collaborate with SMEs and business partners to ensure content is practical and connected to real-world challenges.
Vendor Management
- Evaluate, select, and manage external vendors to create and deliver impactful learning solutions, ensuring alignment with GM's competencies and behaviors.
Learning Technology and Innovation
- Leverage LMS platforms and digital learning tools to enhance the learning experience.
Project & Program Management (in partnership)
- Oversee program execution, to ensure timely and seamless coordination across internal stakeholders, facilitators, and third-party vendors as applicable.
- Monitor program milestones, ensure quality, and contribute to experience design without direct responsibility for logistical execution.
Measurement & Insights
- Define and track success metrics such as Net Promoter Score (NPS), program adoption, and behavior change.
- Use data and learner insights to refine programs and inform broader development strategies
Your Skills & Abilities (Required Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of experience in L&D, program management, or talent development.
- Demonstrated experience designing and managing professional / behavioral skill development programs at scale.
- Strong collaboration skills and experience working across matrixed organizations.
- Fluency in adult learning principles, behavior change, and learner engagement strategies.
- Strong program execution, management, and analytical skills with a track record of scaling effective learning initiatives.
- Ability to translate abstract development needs into concrete, actionable programming.
What Can Give You a Competitive Edge (Preferred Qualifications):
- Familiarity with learning technologies such as Learning Management Systems (LMS), Learning Experience Platforms (LXP), or digital authoring tools (e.g., Articulate, Synthesia).
- Experience leveraging professional competencies to inform development journeys.
- Exposure to talent management, performance enablement, or HRBP partnerships.
Compensation:
- The salary range for this role is $68,900 - $105,700. The actual base salary a successful candidate will be offered within this range will vary based on factors relevant to the position
- Bonus Potential: An incentive pay program offers payouts based on company performance, job level, and individual performance
