Job Description

Drive production performance and lead a skilled manufacturing team. The Production Supervisor oversees daily operations to ensure quality products, efficient workflows, on-time delivery, and a strong culture of safety.

  • Communicate regularly and effectively with production personnel, team members, and cross-functional departments to ensure smooth workflow and timely issue resolution.

  • Ensure accuracy of operation sheets and blueprints and maintain proper flow of parts to the next operation, work center, or department.

  • Promote and enforce a safe working environment by ensuring employees and visitors wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) and follow all safety procedures. Assist with accident investigations when required.

  • Support continuous improvement initiatives and lead productive team meetings focused on safety, quality, and operational performance.

  • Troubleshoot manufacturing challenges, implement effective solutions, and escalate issues to the Production Manager when necessary. Identify opportunities to safely improve productivity while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

  • Support internal audits conducted by Quality Assurance.

  • Train, mentor, and develop team members. Evaluate employee performance and provide leadership support to foster positive employee relations.

  • Conduct employee performance reviews, recommend wage adjustments, and participate in hiring decisions and disciplinary actions when appropriate.

  • Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

Minimum of 5 years relevant experience

Hiring Range  $69,000 -$83,000  final determination based on experience
