Job Description:

The Production Specialist will perform wafer fabrications in the production of semiconductor devices in a clean room environment by following written specifications. The scheduled working hours for this position are 10:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m., which includes a 30-minute unpaid lunch break.
  • Operate standard wafer fabrication (fab) equipment in accordance with established procedures and safety guidelines
  • Maintain strict adherence to safety protocols and demonstrate working knowledge of OSHA regulations
  • Accurately record and enter operational data into designated logs, forms, or digital systems
  • This job description is not intended to be all inclusive. You may be required to perform other related duties as assigned to support overall manufacturing operations.

Requirements/Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 0 – 2 years’ experience, preferably working in a wafer fab or manufacturing environment
  • Ability to work with close supervision and instruction
  • Demonstrates a willingness and aptitude to learn job tasks and procedures
  • Highly motivated and ability to work well with coworkers
  • Ability to communicate well both written and verbal

Candidates are required to provide proof of either US citizenship, Permanent US residency or classification as a protected individual as defined in 8 USC 1324b (a) (3).
