Your Role

  • Lead and manage daily production operations to meet safety, quality, cost, and delivery targets
  • Plan and optimize production processes, resources, and workforce
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives (efficiency, cost, productivity)
  • Lead, develop and engage production teams in a high-performance environment
  • Monitor KPIs and implement corrective actions when needed
  • Ensure compliance with HSE and quality standards across operations  
  • Collaborate with Supply Chain, Engineering, and HR on planning and people topics

Your Background

  • Degree in Engineering or related field
  • Proven experience in production or manufacturing environments
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Solid understanding of Lean / continuous improvement methodologies  
  • Good knowledge of production planning and KPIs management
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
  • Ability to operate in a fast-paced, industrial environment
