As a Production Assistant, you will support daily production activities and help ensure operations run efficiently and according to schedule. You will work closely with team members and supervisors to assist with preparation, organization, workflow coordination, and general production needs.

The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, adaptable, and comfortable working in an active environment where priorities may change throughout the day.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily production and operational tasks.

• Prepare materials, equipment, and work areas as needed.

• Support the production team in meeting daily goals and deadlines.

• Help maintain an organized, clean, and efficient workspace.

• Monitor supplies and communicate when additional materials are needed.

• Assist with basic inventory and production tracking.

• Follow established procedures, quality standards, and safety guidelines.

• Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members.

• Help identify and resolve minor workflow or production issues.

• Perform additional production-related duties as assigned.
