Who you are
You are focused and compassionate to the needs of our Retailer customer and understand the importance of balancing their needs with those of the online shopper. You have led the user experience for core-critical B2B operations and have a constant aim to improve the merchant customer’s product offering. You have defined and are comfortable setting success metrics to achieve a granular view of the performance of the products you have shipped. You love data and can own both the tracking and discovery sides to understand present state and future innovation. You have interacted directly with external customers and have worked past surface level issues to identify deep-rooted challenges along with how we balance short term gains vs larger strategic opportunities. You have operated in an environment that requires efficiency and prioritizing resources to move swiftly, ship features, and learn from data.
What the role is
This role will add a magnifying glass of focus on the core-critical Retailer operational flow. With a passionate emphasis on merchant partner customer needs and an understanding of where that intersects the demands of the end-consumer, this role will prioritize opportunities to help mutually grow our businesses into the future.
Please note: this role can be performed remotely anywhere in the United States with the exception of Colorado.
In this role you will:
- Lead the prioritization and execution of a roadmap that drives success for our Retailer customer
- Lead sprints with engineering team and maintain backlog of work
- Own communication of roadmap, projects, sprints, and progress within to key stakeholders and Product lead
- Translate the quantitative and qualitative customer takeaways into insightful and iterative action
