- Collaborate with product teams to invent solutions and transform them into reality.
- Participate in and lead a solutions-driven product development process.
- Communicate ideas with designers, software engineering teams and customers.
- Interface with engineers, researchers and military personnel to understand requirements.
- Identify, integrate, and evaluate optimal product capabilities and features to meet stakeholder objectives.

- Work is performed in an office environment, laboratory, cleanroom, or production floor.
- Travel to customer engagements (military exercises and demonstrations) to build user empathy would be expected.
Required Education, Experience, & Skills
- BS/BA in related field plus 8 or more years related experience.
- Each higher-level degree, i.e., Master's Degree or Ph.D., may substitute for two years of experience. Related technical experience may be considered in lieu of education. Degree must be from a university, college, or school which is accredited by an agency recognized by the US Secretary of Education, US Department of Education.
- A current, active Top Secret security clearance is required.
- A demonstrated capability to adequately perform the essential functions and responsibilities of the position and exhibit the skills and competencies of the grade level.
- Expertise in product ownership for software products, and best practices of product management in an Agile context.
- Proficient in roadmap/backlog/issue management tools such as Gitlab, JIRA, or other.
- Familiarity with design and diagramming tools such as Figma, Miro, and Zeplin.
- Familiarity with mobile application technology, and Android specifically, is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated capability to drive software product roadmaps, effectively communicate with cross-functional teams, and guide product evolution to achieve stakeholder outcomes and commitments.
- Exposure to user research, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing to guide product decisions.
- Skilled in managing multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks, and adhering to deadlines
Your Roadmap:
- 1 to 3 Months - Immerse in the problem space, current-state product, and near-term roadmap
- 3 to 6 Months - Assume full ownership of product and lead product cadences
- 6 to 12 Months - Grow conviction of strategy and vision for product and drive further clarity
