Key Responsibilities
As a Product Support Engineer, you will play a pivotal
role in our organization through the following responsibilities:
- Maintain
individual ticket queue and serve as the primary point of contact for
client communication
- Interpret
time-series data to support clients
- Identify
potential hardware issues raised by clients.
- Validate
clients’ requests to license Delsys software.
- Provide
comprehensive training for clients on Delsys hardware and software.
- Manage
demo & loan stock, ensuring availability and functionality.
- Perform
software and hardware testing to ensure optimal performance.
- Use
technical knowledge to generate support guides and documents for customer
consumption.
Requirements
Desired Experience and Skills
- Bachelor’s
degree in Biomedical Engineering, Kinesiology, Exercise Science or a
related field.
- Proven
experience in a technical support role, preferably in the academic,
healthcare or medical device industry.
- Strong
analytical skills with the ability to interpret time-series data.
- Excellent
communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent
problem-solving & deduction skills
- Proficiency
in providing software and hardware training.
