We’re hiring an early-career Product Strategy Lead to join our team. This is a hands-on role where you'll build and deploy AI-driven workflows, while also serving as a Product Lead for one of our core products, partnering with Engienering. You’ll act as the connective tissue between Synquery’s technology, our clients’ needs, and the execution required to deliver impact.

• AI Workflow Design: Use AI and automation platforms like n8n, Make, and Clay to design and prototype client-specific workflows that solve real business challenges.

• AI Agent Building: Build and iterate on workflow automations and lightweight AI agents to enhance client operations.

• Product Management: Prototype new product ideas with low-code tools and partner with Engineering to see them come to life.

• Client Project Management: Own client-facing operations projects end-to-end, ensuring deliverables are met and relationships stay strong.

• Thought Partnership: Translate client needs into operational strategies that leverage Synquery’s capabilities.

• Education: Bachelor’s degree from a top academic institution.

• Client-Facing Experience: Prior exposure to client management, consulting, or account/project management.

• AI & Automation Experience: Hands-on experience with AI/automation platforms such as n8n, Make, or Clay.

• Entrepreneurial Mindset: A fast learner who thrives in ambiguity, takes initiative, and is excited to build from zero-to-one.

• Strong Communication: Ability to present ideas clearly, manage stakeholders, and drive projects forward with confidence.

• Location: Nashville or Boston (preferred), with flexibility for remote work.
