This role is a first of its kind on a newly formed, high-impact team working closely with senior leadership across the company acting as a strategic through partner on cross-company Shopping strategy. They will be at the forefront of new product and business opportunities in an incredibly dynamic industry cutting across technology and retail. 


What you’ll do:

  • Be a strategic partner to cross-functional stakeholders (PM, Sales, BD, PMM, Eng, etc) by developing, scoping and executing key analyses that drive decision making, alignment and acceleration of the shopping strategy.
  • Own the process of gathering, extracting, and compiling data across sources via relevant tools (e.g., SQL) that serve as the foundation for strategic deep dive analysis. 
  • Synthesize large data sets into a clearly articulated narrative with actionable insights, identifying areas of opportunity against top business and product objectives. Use  narrative skills to clearly communicate these insights and recommendations.
  • Effectively present and communicate actionable insights and recommendations to executive team, product and business leaders, and other cross-functional partners, in order to influence product roadmap decisions.

What we’re looking for:

  • 5+ years of experience in strategy and analytics where you influenced product or business outcomes in a data-first environment.
  • Excel at synthesizing insights into clear narratives and recommendations, adjusting your communication style for executives, technical teams, and other XFN partners.
  • Demonstrated business acumen in digital advertising and retail ecosystems, with a strong grasp of merchant/retailer dynamics and performance marketing fundamentals.
  • Have experience partnering with with cross functional teams (PM, Eng, Sales, BD, PMM, DS) to shape strategy and uncover new opportunities.
  • Are naturally curious, collaborative, and influential, able to build trust and alignment in a highly matrixed organization.
  • Balance big picture strategic thinking with rigorous detail orientation, bringing both a structured approach and the ability to dive deep when needed.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.

In-Office Requirement:

  • We let the type of work you do guide the collaboration style. That means we're not always working in an office, but we continue to gather for key moments of collaboration and connection.
  • This role will need to be in the office for in-person collaboration up to 3x/quarter and therefore can be situated anywhere in the country.
