What You Will Do

In this role, you will be responsible for driving growth within a defined territory of existing Architecture, Engineering, Construction, and Owner (AECO) customers by expanding adoption of the Trimble software portfolio. As an HR Product Sales Executive, you serve as both a domain expert and sales professional, guiding customers, prospects, and internal account teams on how Trimble’s HR solutions can advance their workforce management business outcomes.

  • Lead consultative, HR software portfolio growth by partnering with AEs and guiding customers through the full sales lifecycle to drive measurable adoption and retention.

  • Prospect, qualify, and shape opportunities by leading early discovery. 

  • Build and manage a healthy pipeline, using data-driven judgment to prioritize opportunities and maintain accurate CRM visibility.

  • Deliver tailored product demonstrations, balancing virtual and in-person engagements, collaborating with Solutions Engineers.  

  • Build trusted relationships through consistent multi-channel engagement. 

  • Partner with internal stakeholders in response to RFIs and RFPs.

  • Attend trade shows and industry conventions, along with other travel as needed.  

What Skills & Experience You Should Bring

  • Strong understanding of HRIS tools, either through experience in an HRIS position or by selling this category of software.

  • 2 years of experience selling SaaS solutions and/or direct experience in the construction industry.

  • Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

  • Strong presentation, communication and influencing skills

  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to operate autonomously

  • Proficient in Salesforce CRM and Google Suite products.

  • Priority will be given to applicants with prior construction industry experience and/or SaaS sales within the construction industry.

Compensation:  This position is compensated by a combination of base salary plus commission earnings. Trimble provides the following compensation range and a general description of other compensation and benefits that it in good faith believes it might pay and/or offer for this position. This compensation range is based on a full-time schedule. Trimble reserves the right to ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and offer additional benefits and other compensation, depending on circumstances not related to an applicant’s sex or other status protected by local, state, or federal law.

  • Hiring Range: 140k-160k OTE +/-

  • Pay Rate Type: Salary + Commission
