The analyst will conduct product research and supplier discussions to support product strategy and make recommendations for product additions.
We are currently seeking a Product Research & Strategy Analyst to research products and suppliers to identify product additions and merchandising changes that support our product strategy. This analyst will work alongside other teammates and have no direct reports. This role is based out of our Elmhurst, Illinois location, with limited travel required by occasional visits to trade shows and/or suppliers.

A bachelor's degree and technical proficiency in Microsoft Suite is required. Strong candidates should possess strong critical thinking and basic project management skills, along with research ability. We also value experience with or interest in learning about products, including understanding how they work and their mechanical details . Nice to ha ve: Technical skills demonstrating an interest in the physical world (e.g. machining, 3D printing, woodworking, etc.).
Cash Compensation
Total cash compensation ranges from $144,000 - $166,500, which includes annual cash profit sharing based on company profitability.
