Your Contribution:
- Visionary Leadership: Lead the transformation project from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Requirement Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document detailed requirements, ensuring no feature is overlooked.
- Specification Creation: Develop clear, comprehensive, and actionable specifications for the development team.
- Backlog Management: Prioritize the product backlog, balancing stakeholder needs, technical feasibility, and project timelines.
- Agile Oversight: Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, reviews, and daily stand-ups to ensure smooth project progress.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure the new Angular website maintains feature fidelity with the existing Windows Forms application and meets the highest standards of quality.
- User-Centric Focus: Advocate for the end-user experience, ensuring the new application is intuitive, responsive, and engaging.
- Stakeholder Communication: Act as the primary point of contact between stakeholders and the development team, ensuring transparent and effective communication.
Your Qualification:
- Experience: Proven experience as a Product Owner, with a track record of successfully managing software transformation projects.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong understanding of Angular, client-server architecture, and web development best practices.
- Agile Expertise: Deep knowledge of Agile methodologies and experience leading Agile teams.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex requirements clearly and effectively.
- Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail, ensuring all aspects of the project are accurately captured and executed.
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to anticipate and mitigate potential issues.
- Collaboration: Ability to build strong relationships with clients, developers, and other stakeholders, fostering a collaborative environment.
- Passion: A genuine passion for technology and a drive to stay ahead of industry trends.
