As a Product Owner Senior within PNC's Retail Lending organization, you will be based in Pittsburgh PA, Cleveland OH, New York NY, or Houston TX. The position is primarily based in a PNC location. Responsibilities require time in the office or in the field on a regular basis. Some responsibilities may be performed remotely, at the manager’s discretion.
• Drive execution of Digital Credit Card and Payments capabilities to assist in driving Retail Lending forward.
• Act as the voice of the customer to reimagine customer journeys within servicing along side additional Product and Technical partners.
• Ability to understand and lead end-to-end capabilities to deliver viable technical solutions that meet our clients needs.

Job Description

• Owns the vision and definition of the product. Serves as the voice of the Customer. Responsible for ensuring the Scrum Team(s) effort is concentrated on the right priorities based on business value.
• Defines and conveys the vision to the team(s) in order to address client requirements to ensure a successful product based on business value.
• Drives the creation of and the integrity of the product backlog. Leads grooming of the product backlog and ensures the backlog is correctly prioritized based on business value.
• Responsible for ensuring the Scrum Master(s) and development team(s), are focused on the right priorities during the development process. Primary point of contact for questions from the team(s) and is empowered to make decisions.
• Accepts delivery of working product from the Scrum Team(s). Socializes the delivery of business value and outcomes of the iteration to the stakeholders and clients.

Pay Transparency

Base Salary: $80,000.00 – $194,350.00

Salaries may vary based on geographic location, market data and on individual skills, experience, and education. This role is incentive eligible with the payment based upon company, business and/or individual performance.
