Your role
As a Product Owner for IDE Plugins, you will:
• Own the company's multi-platform IDE Plugin together with your team.
• Support and accompany your team throughout the whole software delivery lifecycle.
• Function as gatekeeper for the development team, serving as interface between them and other stakeholders.
• Challenge requirements to understand the "what" and "why".
• Manage and prioritize the team backlog in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Drive the quality of the team's components through monitoring, performance tests and proactive maintenance.
• Promote the creation of a collaborative network by connecting with other roles.
What will help you succeed
• Technical degree related to software engineering (or a related field).
• Several years of experience in software development and/or in a Product Owner role.
• Excitement to learn new technologies and eagerness to dive deep into the product ecosystem of the market-leading observability platform.
• Being a team player with a proactive approach, good communication and analytical skills.
• Being able to express ideas and share concepts fluently in English.
• Familiarity with working in an agile environment.
• Nice-to-have: Experience with JavaScript/TypeScript, React, state management, coding assistants (e.g., Copilot), MCP or AWS Bedrock.

Compensation Data

• We offer attractive compensation packages and stock purchase options with numerous benefits and advantages.
• Due to legal reasons, we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary for this position, which is € 60,000 gross per year based on full-time employment. We offer a higher salary in line with qualifications and experience.
