- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and clients (banks, central banks, ministries) to translate market needs into configurable, scalable solutions.
- Design user journeys for use cases such as wage protection, government disbursements, cross-border settlements, and CBDC interoperability.
- Develop detailed product specs for features like: Identity-linked wallets; Multi-tenant architecture; Purpose-bound programmable money; Compliance rule engines; Wallet management, access control, and auditability.
- Translate emerging regulatory requirements (e.g., GENIUS Act, VARA, MAS sandbox) into embedded compliance logic.
- Coordinate with engineering on API-first integration with banking systems, payment rails, and national ID/KYC databases.
- Define KPIs for product usage, compliance adherence, and ecosystem interoperability.
Required Experience
- 8+ years in product management, with 4+ years focused on financial services, payments, or blockchain-based infrastructure.
- Proven experience with tokenized deposits, stablecoins, or digital cash systems, preferably within multi-stakeholder ecosystems.

- Experience engaging with financial regulators, legal teams, and cross-functional delivery squads.
- Strong understanding of payment infrastructure (ACH, ISO 20022, RTP, SEPA) and integration patterns.
Preferred Experience
- Experience with wage protection systems, government disbursements, or CBDC pilots.
- Knowledge of multi-tenant financial architectures and embedded compliance engines.
- Technical fluency with token standards (e.g., ERC-20, ERC-4626), API design, and identity-based architecture.
- Ability to manage product delivery across different regulatory environments (UAE, Singapore, U.S., EU).
