SUMMARY: KAGR is seeking an experienced, execution-focused Product Operations leader to drive the operating cadence of our Product & Technology organization. The Product Operations Senior Manager will oversee roadmap governance, prioritization, delivery visibility, release readiness, stakeholder communication, and product adoption across KAGR's product portfolio.

 

This role is responsible for translating product strategy into execution by driving alignment, accountability, and visibility across product initiatives. The ideal candidate brings strong product operations, technical program management, and stakeholder management experience, with a proven ability to coordinate complex initiatives and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.

 

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Partner with the VP of Product & Technology to translate product strategy into actionable roadmaps, priorities, planning cycles, and execution plans aligned with business objectives.
  2. Own and continuously improve product operations processes, including roadmap governance, backlog management, intake and prioritization frameworks, release planning, decision tracking, and product management standards.
  3. Facilitate the intake, documentation, prioritization, and alignment of product requirements, ensuring work is clearly defined, appropriately scoped, and positioned for successful delivery.
  4. Collaborate with Engineering, Data Engineering, Analytics, Data Science, and Platform teams to evaluate feasibility, manage dependencies and tradeoffs, and coordinate execution of product initiatives.
  5. Lead the operational execution of product initiatives from planning through release, providing stakeholders with clear visibility into priorities, progress, risks, blockers, dependencies, and key decisions.
  6. Serve as the central point of coordination across Product, Engineering, Data, Enterprise Solutions, Account Management, and executive leadership, driving alignment, accountability, and effective cross-functional communication.
  7. Partner with client-facing teams to support product launches, customer deployments, release communications, change management, and adoption of new capabilities.
  8. Develop and maintain reporting, metrics, and dashboards related to roadmap progress, delivery performance, product adoption, and business impact to support decision-making and executive visibility.
  9. Gather and synthesize feedback from customers, internal stakeholders, product usage data, and industry trends to identify opportunities for process improvement and support roadmap planning.
  10. Continuously enhance product operations capabilities, governance, tooling, reporting, and ways of working to support organizational growth, scalability, and delivery excellence.
  11. Special projects and assignments as business dictates.
  12. Responsible for the maintenance, creation and control of all personally identifiable information or any other information protected by any Confidentiality or Privacy Standards or Company Policies that you have access or knowledge of, including but not limited to any state or federal regulations including HIPAA.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • BA/BS degree in Business, Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical, working experience in business or technology
  • 8+ years of experience in technology, data solutions, software delivery, product management, product operations, or technical program management
  • 5+ years of experience in a Product Management, Product Operations, Technical Product Management, or Technical Program Management role
  • Must have proven track record in software delivery, preferably building data and analytics focused products in a B2B model
  • Technical knowledge of how software and data platforms work, including data pipelines, integrations, APIs, analytics, and platform dependencies
  • Outstanding organizational skills, keen attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple workstreams with clear status and follow-through
  • Experience with client and stakeholder management, including executive communication and cross-functional alignment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to communicate status, risks, decisions, dependencies, and tradeoffs clearly
  • Exemplary project/program management skills and ability to create confidence with stakeholders through detail, command, and responsiveness
  • Skilled in Jira and Confluence
  • Ability to create business, technical, process, release, and support documentation
  • Excellent analytical skills and ability to identify trends, create reports, and use data to support product decisions
  • Experience with customer analytics, product adoption metrics, or usage reporting is a plus
  • Product design, software engineering, data engineering, or analytics experience is a plus
  • Experience with Microsoft Office suite, particularly advanced PowerPoint, Excel, Visio, Project
  • Must be curious, resourceful, team-oriented, and coachable
  • Ability to meet deadlines/deliverables and effectively communicate changes to timelines
  • Must be able to make timely decisions in the context of the workflow
