Position Overview
As a Product Operations Manager, you’ll play a critical role in operationalizing and scaling Clutter’s product strategy. You will help bridge the gap between our product, engineering, and operational teams—ensuring that our products deliver real-world impact. Your work will drive alignment, improve processes, and ensure that our product investments deliver maximum value. This is your opportunity to help shape the future of how we deliver value at Clutter.
Key Responsibilities
Product Enablement: Serve as the liaison between product and operations teams—ensuring smooth product rollouts, creating playbooks, training materials, and supporting change management efforts across the organization.
Data-Driven Decision Making: Analyze product adoption, feature usage, and customer feedback to identify trends and improvement areas; partner with product managers to prioritize enhancements.
Process Improvement & Execution: Lead special projects focused on improving operational workflows, scaling new features, or increasing efficiency; help define metrics for success and track outcomes.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate across product, engineering, customer experience, and field teams to surface operational requirements, troubleshoot issues, and drive execution on cross-team initiatives.
Insights & Reporting: Develop dashboards, reports, and presentations to share product performance, operational impact, and key learnings with leadership and stakeholders.
Qualifications
2–5 years of experience in product operations, business operations, product management, consulting, or a similarly analytical and cross-functional role.
Strong analytical skills and experience using data to make recommendations; familiarity with SQL and data visualization tools is a plus.
Proven ability to work cross-functionally and drive initiatives from ideation through execution.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence and present to senior leadership.
Highly organized and detail-oriented, with a bias for action and results.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment and navigating change.
Preferred Skills
Experience in logistics, storage, or moving industries is a plus.
Understanding of Agile or product development processes is helpful.
Experience supporting go-to-market or operational readiness for new products or features.
