EvenUp is on a mission to close the justice gap using technology and AI. We empower personal injury lawyers and victims to get the justice they deserve. Our products enable law firms to secure faster settlements, higher payouts, and better outcomes for victims injured through no fault of their own in vehicle collisions, accidents, natural disasters, and more.
We are one of the fastest-growing vertical SaaS companies in history, and we are just getting started. EvenUp is backed by top VCs, including Bessemer Venture Partners, Bain Capital Ventures, SignalFire, and Lightspeed. We are looking to expand our team with talented, driven, and collaborative individuals who seek to have a lasting impact. Learn more at www.evenuplaw.com.
We’re hiring a Product Operations Associate* to help operationalize and scale our AI-powered products. This role sits at the intersection of Product Management, Engineering, Data Science, and Operations, ensuring that AI-driven features are accurate, understandable, and reliable for customers.
You’ll work on complex, cross-functional problems where legal judgment, data quality, and system design intersect. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys ambiguity, cares deeply about quality, and wants to help build products that operate effectively at scale.
*Seniority and title will be determined based on the individual’s experience, skills, and impact.
What You’ll Do
Partner closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and Data Science teams to support the development and launch of AI-powered features
Design, test, and refine the logic, prompts, and workflows that drive AI-generated insights
Evaluate AI outputs for accuracy, clarity, and consistency; identify gaps and recommend improvements
Help define clear inputs, outputs, and dependencies across AI-driven workflows
Create and maintain documentation, playbooks, and internal guidance to support consistent execution
Identify operational risks, quality issues, or ambiguity early and work cross-functionally to resolve them
Act as a cross-functional connector, translating between technical, legal, and operational perspectives
Support client-facing teams by enabling scalable customization and troubleshooting complex issues when needed
What Success Looks Like
AI-powered features get more accurate and more powerful, thanks to your direct contributions to prompts and configuration
Internal teams trust how AI systems behave and how outputs are explained
Reduced escalations related to unclear logic, ownership, or quality issues
Strong partnerships with Product, Engineering, and Data teams
What We’re Looking For
4+ years of experience in Product Operations, Business Operations, Legal Operations, Program Management, or a related role
Strong analytical and systems-thinking skills
Exceptional attention to detail and sound judgment
Clear, concise written and verbal communication
Comfort operating in ambiguous, fast-moving environments
A bias toward building scalable, repeatable solutions rather than one-off fixes
Experience That May Be a Strong Fit
Experience in personal injury law, litigation support, or case management
Experience supporting complex, data-heavy, or AI-powered products
Experience translating domain expertise into product requirements or workflows
Experience defining or validating structured data from unstructured inputs
(You do not need experience in all of the above to be successful in this role.)
Nice to Have
Experience working with AI, machine learning, or automation tools
Experience in Legal Tech, FinTech, or other regulated domains
Familiarity with workflow tools, data schemas, or platform products
