We’re hiring a Product Marketing Specialist to help define how DemandTec brings its solutions to market. 

This role sits at the intersection of product, marketing, and sales, and is responsible for translating complex capabilities into clear, compelling messaging that resonates with enterprise buyers. 

You will play a key role in shaping how we position our platform, support go-to-market initiatives, and enable our sales teams, with a focus on solutions that serve consumer goods companies and their collaboration with retailers. 

This is a highly visible role for someone who enjoys turning complexity into clarity and wants to directly impact how a product is understood, sold, and adopted. 


Requirements

Positioning & Messaging 

Develop clear, differentiated messaging that communicates the value of DemandTec’s platform to target buyers. 

  • Translate product capabilities into compelling value propositions for enterprise audiences 
  • Develop messaging frameworks aligned to key buyer needs, use cases, and market trends 
  • Ensure consistency of messaging across campaigns, website, and sales materials 
  • Continuously refine messaging based on market feedback and performance 

Go-to-Market & Product Launches 

Support the planning and execution of go-to-market initiatives and product launches. 

  • Partner with Product and Marketing to define positioning and rollout strategies 
  • Develop launch materials including product briefs, messaging, and supporting content 
  • Coordinate cross-functional alignment across Product, Sales, and Marketing 
  • Help establish repeatable processes for bringing new capabilities to market 

Sales Enablement 

Equip Sales and Customer teams with the tools and narratives needed to effectively position the product. 

  • Create sales enablement materials such as decks, one-pagers, and use case narratives 
  • Develop persona-based messaging for different buyer roles 
  • Support demo storytelling and product narratives 
  • Gather feedback from Sales to refine positioning and improve effectiveness 

Market & Customer Insights 

Build a strong understanding of the market, buyers, and competitive landscape. 

  • Conduct research on target industries, buyer needs, and workflows 
  • Support development and refinement of Ideal Customer Profiles (ICP) 
  • Analyze competitive positioning and messaging 
  • Translate insights into actionable recommendations for go-to-market strategy 

Campaign & Content Collaboration 

Partner with Demand Generation and Content teams to strengthen campaign effectiveness. 

  • Provide messaging, use cases, and proof points for campaigns 
  • Support development of thought leadership and product-driven content 
  • Ensure alignment between product positioning and campaign execution 

Website & Product Content 

Own product-related content across key digital touchpoints. 

  • Develop and maintain product and solution pages on the website 
  • Ensure alignment with evolving messaging and campaigns 
  • Support development of landing pages and product-focused content 
  • Continuously optimize content based on performance and feedback
