Maslow Media Group is seeking a strategic Product Marketing Retention Manager to join our client’s team, a leading subscription-based streaming organization. In this highly collaborative role, you'll help shape the customer journey by developing innovative engagement and revenue marketing strategies that inspire subscribers to discover more content, deepen product usage, and maximize lifetime value.

What You'll Do
As the strategic lead for subscriber engagement initiatives, you will:
- Develop and execute lifecycle marketing strategies that increase subscriber engagement, product adoption, and revenue across specialized subscription packages.
- Create campaigns that drive upsell, cross-sell, retention, and long-term customer loyalty.
- Lead omnichannel marketing initiatives across Email, SMS, website, and in-app messaging, delivering personalized customer experiences at every touchpoint.
- Build and optimize automated customer journeys using CRM marketing automation platforms, including Braze.
- Partner closely with CRM, Engagement Marketing, Revenue Marketing, Analytics, Product, and Engineering teams to bring strategic initiatives to life.
- Develop testing roadmaps and measurement plans that improve campaign performance and optimize key business metrics, including engagement, revenue, conversions, and subscriber retention.
- Analyze customer behavior, segmentation, campaign results, and performance trends to continuously improve lifecycle communications.
- Develop business cases and ROI analyses that demonstrate the impact of strategic marketing initiatives.
- Present campaign performance, strategic recommendations, and roadmap updates to senior marketing leadership.

Required Experience
We're looking for candidates who have:
- Experience building app-based messaging strategies using CRM marketing automation platforms with personalized customer journeys, dynamic content, and recommendation engines.
- Experience with Braze is highly preferred; experience with other enterprise CRM platforms will also be considered.
- Experience developing engagement or revenue marketing strategies for subscription-based businesses, streaming services, or other app-based products.
- A proven ability to independently lead strategic initiatives from discovery and roadmap development through implementation.
- Experience identifying new business opportunities and translating them into measurable marketing strategies.
- A track record of delivering strategic programs aligned with organizational goals and business objectives.
- 2+ years of communications, lifecycle marketing, or campaign strategy experience within a mid-sized or large enterprise, with an emphasis on personalization, automation, and customer engagement.
- Experience in subscription app services or video on demand environments is strongly preferred.

Individual compensation within this range will be determined based on a comprehensive evaluation of factors including, but not limited to: relevant education, professional experience, demonstrated competencies, technical expertise, certifications, scope of responsibility, geographic considerations, applicable regulatory requirements, and overall business needs.
