Department

Product Marketing

Location

Remote

Position Description

As the Product Marketing Manager, Field Enablement & Advisor Activation, you will own the strategy and execution of programs, materials, and campaigns that drive advisor engagement through Ren's Charitable Strategists and partner-facing teams.

This role is critical to translating Ren's value proposition into real advisor conversations and actions. You will develop high-impact, field-ready materials, design repeatable advisor engagement campaigns, and partner closely with internal teams to activate opportunities across the field.

This is not a traditional enablement role. You will operate as a growth driver — ensuring that what we create leads to advisor engagement, contributions, and adoption.

Duties & Responsibilities

Field Activation Strategy

  • Own the strategy for how Ren drives advisor engagement through Charitable Strategists and partner-facing teams
  • Identify key advisor opportunities — such as year-end giving, tax events, and liquidity moments — and build targeted programs around them
  • Ensure field teams are equipped to turn conversations into action through talking points, one-to-one emails, presentations, and related tools

Advisor Campaigns & Programs

  • Design and launch advisor-facing campaigns that can be deployed by strategists across partner channels
  • Build repeatable campaign frameworks encompassing emails, talking points, webinars, and follow-up sequences

Field-Ready Content & Tools

  • Develop high-impact emails, decks, one-pagers, and talk tracks designed for real advisor conversations
  • Create simple, actionable materials that are easy for the field to use in live interactions
  • Maintain and continuously evolve a library of field-ready content

Partner & Field Collaboration

  • Act as a strategic partner to Charitable Strategists and Relationship Managers
  • Support key initiatives, campaigns, and high-priority field opportunities
  • Ensure strong alignment between centrally developed resources and field-level needs

Insights & Feedback Loop

  • Gather insights from advisor conversations and field interactions
  • Identify patterns, objections, and opportunities to refine messaging and programs
  • Feed insights back into product marketing, product development, and broader organizational strategy

Education & Experience

Required

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, finance, or a related field; equivalent experience considered
  • 5+ years of experience in product marketing, field enablement, or growth marketing, with demonstrated success developing campaigns and materials that drive measurable engagement
  • Proven ability to create field-ready content — emails, decks, talk tracks, one-pagers — for use in live advisor or sales interactions
  • Experience working directly with field-facing teams such as sales, relationship managers, or client strategists
  • Exceptional storytelling and communication skills, with the ability to translate complex financial or product concepts into clear, actionable messaging

Preferred

  • Background in fintech, wealth management, philanthropic services, or broader financial services
  • Familiarity with advisor behavior, distribution models, or partner-facing go-to-market strategies
  • Experience designing repeatable campaign frameworks across multiple distribution channels

Key Competencies

  • Execution-oriented mindset with a consistent focus on outcomes, not just deliverables
  • Strong understanding of advisor behavior and financial services environments
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and influence without direct authority
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously

Host to the first telephone call and one of the first general-purpose computers ever put into use, Boston is now a hub for biotechnology, robotics and artificial intelligence — though it’s also home to several B2B software giants. So it’s no surprise that the city consistently ranks among the greatest startup ecosystems in the world.

  • Major Tech Employers: Thermo Fisher Scientific, Toast, Klaviyo, HubSpot, DraftKings
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, biotechnology, robotics, software, aerospace
  • Funding Landscape: $15.7 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Summit Partners, Volition Capital, Bain Capital Ventures, MassVentures, Highland Capital Partners
  • Research Centers and Universities: MIT, Harvard University, Boston College, Tufts University, Boston University, Northeastern University, Smithsonian Astrophysical Observatory, National Bureau of Economic Research, Broad Institute, Lowell Center for Space Science & Technology, National Emerging Infectious Diseases Laboratories
