As a Senior Product Marketing Manager, you’ll play a critical role in shaping the strategy of how we bring the OneSignal platform to market. This includes defining launch plans, messaging, positioning, audience segmentation, differentiation, and demand strategy for our major product areas. This role sits within the Marketing organization and partners closely with Product, Engineering, Sales, Customer Success, and the broader Marketing team to drive successful campaigns, positioning, and adoption. We’re looking for someone who can balance strategy with execution while being able to translate a complicated platform into compelling narratives for both technical and business stakeholders.
This role sits within the Marketing organization reporting to the Head of Marketing, and partners closely with Product, Engineering, Sales, Customer Success, and the broader Marketing team. You’ll own the go-to-market strategy for key areas of the OneSignal platform and help establish more consistent launch, messaging, and enablement processes as the function scales.
What You'll Do:- Own positioning, messaging, audience segmentation, use cases, and competitive differentiation for priority product areas
- Manage product launches end-to-end, including launch calendar, messaging, launch collateral, and sales enablement
- Develop content for technical and business audiences, including blog posts, website pages, customer stories, guides, and sales enablement content
- Partner closely with Product to translate platform capabilities into clear, differentiated messaging and use cases
- Define success metrics, report on performance, and use results to refine messaging, positioning, and go-to-market plans.
- Create and maintain sales enablement materials such as pitch decks, one-pagers, solution briefs, competitive battlecards, and technical FAQs
- Gather market research, competitive intelligence, and customer insights to deepen our understanding of buyers and strengthen messaging and marketing campaigns
- 4+ years of product marketing experience in B2B SaaS
- Care for quality, all the way from slide design to headline phrasing
- Proven track record of balancing strategy and execution with measurable outcomes
- Ability to translate complex technical capabilities into compelling narratives
- Able to move quickly, make sound decisions in an ambiguous environment and adapt as priorities evolve
- Ability to bring structure to complex problems and get buy in from cross-functional stakeholders
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with experience working closely with Engineering, Product, and Sales teams
- Strong technical fluency, with the ability to quickly understand and explain APIs, SDKs, integrations, data workflows, automation, and AI-powered capabilities
- Fluency using AI tools to accelerate research, drafting, and iteration while maintaining strong judgment and a high quality bar
The New York and California base salary for this full time position is between $130,000 to $180,000. Your exact starting salary is determined by a number of factors such as your experience, skills, and qualifications.
