The Product Marketing Manager is responsible for bringing products to market through effective launches, messaging, and enablement. This role ensures products are clearly positioned, sales teams are prepared, and clients understand the value of our solutions.
This is a client-facing, execution-focused role with significant cross-functional collaboration and requires regular interaction with clients through interviews, meetings, and event participation as needed.
A day in the life
Translate product strategy and roadmap initiatives into effective launches, messaging, and enablement
Own release marketing and execution for assigned products
Develop positioning, messaging, and value propositions that resonate with buyers
Lead release marketing, ensuring launches are on-time, aligned, and impactful
Create buyer and sales enablement assets: decks, demos, collateral, ROI calculators
Partner closely with product, sales, client success, and marketing to improve adoption, win rates, and confidence
Track and report on launch and adoption metrics
Facilitate Client Advisory Boards in partnership with product and client success
Support evolving priorities and cross-functional initiatives as needed to advance product marketing and business outcomes
What success looks like
Launches are predictable, well-coordinated, and effective
Sales & client success know how to talk about the product and actually do
Enablement materials are used, not ignored
Products and features gain traction quickly post-launch
We are looking for someone who brings
3-5 years in product marketing, marketing, or sales enablement
SaaS experience preferred
Nonprofit / association experience strongly preferred
Strong written communication and storytelling skills
Comfort working in fast-paced, cross-functional environments
Demonstrated experience supporting product launches
Confidence speaking up in rooms with senior stakeholders
Strong project management skills with ability to manage multiple projects concurrently
Hands-on experience with tools such as Salesforce, Asana, Aha!, Klue, Clozd, Gong, Pendo, and HubSpot (or similar tools)
