General Summary:

This position is responsible for translating complex Data Axle products into clear, differentiated value and operationalizing that messaging across Product, Sales, and GTM teams to drive adoption and revenue.

 

Essential Job Functions:

  1. Develop and refine positioning and messaging for Data Axle products and solutions.
  2. Translate technical capabilities into compelling customer value tied to real business outcomes.
  3. Create and maintain core messaging frameworks, value props, personas, and use cases.
  4. Partner with Revenue Enablement to build pitch decks, talk tracks, objection handling, and proof points.
  5. Support cross-functional product launches from planning through adoption.
  6. Monitor competitive landscape, buyer needs, and market trends.
  7. Collaborate with Product Management to understand roadmap and translate updates into customer value.
  8. Develop release messaging and internal/external content to drive awareness and adoption.

Preferred Qualifications

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  1. Strong ability to create positioning and messaging that drives GTM impact.
  2. Excellent communication and writing skills.
  3. Ability to operate independently and manage projects effectively.
  4. Strong product fluency and ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences.

Education, Experience, and Certification:

  1. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  2. 5+ years of Product Marketing experience in B2B SaaS, data, analytics, or enterprise tech.
  3. Experience partnering with Sales and Product teams.
  4. Experience running product launches end-to-end preferred.

Scope of Job:

  1. No direct or indirect reports.
  2. No supervisory responsibility; general direction only received.
  3. Working conditions are good, with some travel and a consistent workweek.
  4. Frequent contact with internal and external stakeholders.
  5. Some access to confidential data.
