About Aleph

Aleph is an AI-native platform for Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A). We operate in an established software category with a multi-billion market but no clear winner. Our growth has come from product velocity and customer outcomes, not marketing spend, and the results speak for themselves.

Aleph was founded by Albert Gozzi and Santiago Perez De Rosso, two technical founders with backgrounds from Stanford and MIT and experience working at top-tier companies such as Google, Microsoft, and Bain & Company. We’re backed by top VCs (Bain Capital Ventures, Khosla Ventures, YC, Picus Capital), and work with customers like Webflow, Turo, Notion, Zapier, and many others.

What we’ve built so far is the most seamless way to centralize all of a company's financial data – think expenses from Quickbooks or Netsuite, pipeline forecasts from Salesforce – and bring it into the tools finance teams are already using. But the vision goes way beyond that: Aleph is AI-native at its core, automating reporting, variance analysis, and forecasting through intelligent agents. We’re building the always-on decision layer for modern businesses.

We’re moving fast, shipping constantly, leaning into AI to make the product smarter with every release, while also applying AI to how we sell, support and scale. Our churn is low, growth is strong, and the pace keeps accelerating.

We are hiring remotely across the Americas (United States, Canada, LATAM).

🔍 What we’re looking for

As a Product Marketing Manager, you’ll shape how Aleph is understood, adopted, and talked about — inside the company and out in the market. You’ll sit at the intersection of product, sales, marketing, and customer success, making sure our story is clear, our launches are coordinated, and our customer insights continuously inform what we build and how we position it.

This is not a demand gen role. You won’t be running campaigns or building lead funnels. Instead, you’ll focus on product communication, market insight, and adoption — helping teams stay aligned on who we serve, what we’re launching, why it matters, and how to talk about it.

Aleph’s FP&A platform has strong product-market fit, high win rates, and low churn. Your job is to make our value obvious and consistent — through sharper messaging, better launch readiness, stronger customer proof, and cleaner enablement. You’ll help turn insights into clarity and clarity into adoption.

👷 What you’ll be doing
  • Conduct closed-won and closed-lost interviews to understand buyer motivations, objections, and competitive dynamics that sharpen our messaging and positioning.

  • Help craft product briefs and orchestrate product launches and rollouts, ensuring every release has clear positioning, simple messaging, and aligned cross-functional execution.

  • Maintain a consistent changelog and release narrative, so internal teams always know what’s shipping, who it’s for, and how to communicate it.

  • Refine and evolve our ICPs, personas, value props, and messaging frameworks, making sure they stay accurate, differentiated, and grounded in real customer insight.

  • Keep our playbooks, competitive intelligence, and enablement assets fresh, equipping GTM teams with the talk tracks, battlecards, FAQs, and positioning notes they need to win.

  • Facilitate post-launch feedback loops, monitoring adoption, capturing insights, and surfacing friction points or opportunities for improvement.

  • Turn customers into champions by driving reviews, case studies, testimonials, and referrals, and by capturing the stories that reinforce our credibility and social proof.

  • Ensure consistent, outcome-focused positioning across all touchpoints so our product story is simple, aligned, and easy for teams and buyers to understand.

📝 What you bring
  • 5+ years of experience in product marketing for SaaS or B2B technology companies (finance or data-related products a plus).

  • An insatiable appetite for learning—always chasing the “why” behind the “what” to make every message more meaningful.

  • Strong storytelling skills that give you the ability to distill complex product capabilities into simple, value-driven narratives that resonate with buyers.

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to synthesize data, research, and feedback into strategic recommendations.

  • Comfort working with technical teams. You may not write code, but you can hold your own in a conversation about APIs, data models, or integrations.

  • Experience managing cross-functional launches and initiatives with measurable outcomes.

  • A genuine interest in customer value, with a bias toward products that solve real problems and earn passionate advocates.

  • Meticulously organized and execution-minded. You bring order to complexity and make coordination look easy.

While this is a remote-first opportunity, we're focusing on candidates within the Americas to better align with our working hours as a team.

What you need to know about the Boston Tech Scene

Boston is a powerhouse for technology innovation thanks to world-class research universities like MIT and Harvard and a robust pipeline of venture capital investment. Host to the first telephone call and one of the first general-purpose computers ever put into use, Boston is now a hub for biotechnology, robotics and artificial intelligence — though it’s also home to several B2B software giants. So it’s no surprise that the city consistently ranks among the greatest startup ecosystems in the world.

Key Facts About Boston Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 269,000; 9.4% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Thermo Fisher Scientific, Toast, Klaviyo, HubSpot, DraftKings
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, biotechnology, robotics, software, aerospace
  • Funding Landscape: $15.7 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Summit Partners, Volition Capital, Bain Capital Ventures, MassVentures, Highland Capital Partners
  • Research Centers and Universities: MIT, Harvard University, Boston College, Tufts University, Boston University, Northeastern University, Smithsonian Astrophysical Observatory, National Bureau of Economic Research, Broad Institute, Lowell Center for Space Science & Technology, National Emerging Infectious Diseases Laboratories
