WHAT YOU'LL WORK ON

Qualia is looking for a Product Marketing Manager to help drive the go-to-market strategy for our products. As a key member of the Product Marketing team, you will support go-to-market initiatives, contribute to product and feature launches, develop clear messaging and positioning, and create content that enables our sales and customer success teams. This highly collaborative role partners closely with many cross-functional teams, including Product, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success, to ensure the value of our products is communicated effectively to the market.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Support the development and execution of go-to-market strategies for new product launches and feature releases
  • Own the release marketing process, collaborating with the product marketing team to deliver effective product training and go-to-market enablement
  • Develop compelling value propositions and messaging that differentiate our products in the market and resonate with our target audiences
  • Create high-quality content, including product decks, videos, customer case studies, and webinars that highlight product benefits
  • Partner with sales teams to create effective tools, training materials, and collateral that empower them to communicate our product's value to prospects and customers
  • Gather and synthesize customer feedback to help iterate on product messaging and positioning
  • Work closely with Product, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success teams to ensure alignment on messaging, campaigns, and overall marketing strategy
YOUR BACKGROUND THAT LIKELY MAKES YOU A MATCH
  • 3-5 years of product marketing experience, preferably within B2B SaaS
  • Experience with go-to-market planning and executing product launches
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with an ability to translate technical concepts into clear, compelling messaging
  • Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally and collaborate effectively with multiple stakeholders
  • Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a collaborative, humble, and solutions-oriented mindset
  • Experience with fintech and/or the real estate industry is a plus
  • While this role is based in Austin, Texas, we're open to exploring remote possibilities for qualified candidates
