The Role
Outreach is seeking a Product Marketing Manager with a proven track record for bringing AI conversation intelligence and voice products and innovations to market with high customer impact and satisfaction to drive product momentum and revenue growth at a global scale in the B2B SaaS market. This person will support the go-to-market strategy and execution plans to drive product momentum and revenue growth at a global scale in the B2B SaaS market. Engage in partnership with Product Marketing Managers in the US and Product Managers located remotely across the US. This position will be responsible for developing value propositions, product positioning, messaging, and all aspects of enabling Marketing, Sales, Partner and Customer teams. They will work in partnership with the broader PMM team to drive customer value, adoption, retention and growth.
Location: Atlanta Area and open to remote on the East Coast
Your Daily Adventures Will Include
- Driving market requirements and go-to-market strategies for Outreach products
- Developing proficiency on the Outreach Sales Execution Platform and best practices; be known as a product and customer subject matter expert
- Creating and managing the go-to-market plan for new product and feature releases in close collaboration with Product Management, Marketing, Enablement, Pricing and Packaging, Sales and Post-Sale teams
- Understanding of the competitive landscape to clearly articulate differentiators and gaps across Outreach solutions
- Delivering a strong bill of materials for each release to ensure we have the materials to support go-to-market efforts beyond PMM
- Working with all areas of marketing to drive event content, product videos, demos, training materials, case studies, campaigns, PR and content to increase product awareness on web, events, etc.
- Collecting market and customer research to stay in touch with buyer and seller needs through the development of differentiated messaging for our target audience’s adoption and grow our customer base
- Owning the web experience for the product area, including: Outreach Voice, Conversation Intelligence and Coaching capabilities.
Basic Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience working as a product marketer in the technology industry
- Experience defining and executing go-to-market strategies
- Proficient understanding of SaaS technology and landscape
- Proven ability to drive key business objectives
- Quick decision making for impactful outcomes
- Exceptional communication, writing and presentation skills
- Ability to deliver clear and compelling customer-facing messaging and materials
- Experience working with revenue, marketing, customer experience, and product teams
- Bachelor’s degree
