Position Summary
Cority is looking for a dedicated, energetic, and conscientious product marketing expert to help grow its brand and software business for the global market.
 
As Product Marketing Manager I, you will act as a trusted evangelist, translating market needs and insights into compelling messaging that positions Cority as the industry leader in SaaS software.
 
You’ll act as an expert in the software market, with a deep understanding of specific market definitions, problems, drivers, and opportunities. You will interpret and translate the impact of these factors on our customers, prospects and partners, and communicate the value of investment in Cority products and solutions to a wide range of internal and external stakeholders, including analysts, customers, prospects, partners, along with revenue and marketing leaders, consultants and customer success managers.
 
In your role as Product Marketing Manager I, you will analyze the competitive landscape, building organizational understanding and insight of key buyers and buying behavior, industry verticals and market dynamics. Combining this intelligence with feedback from revenue teams, partners and customers, you will curate and transfer market knowledge to Cority’s internal teams, including sales, business development, marketing, strategic solutions, product, professional services, customer success, and executive leadership, better enabling Cority’s internal teams to engage with customers and identify opportunities to help them accelerate their digital transformation.
 
You will research and document detailed information on key industry segments, buyers and business problems to enable the creation of marketing collateral and media that addresses awareness, consideration, decision, retention and upsell stages of the buyer’s journey. You will lead efforts to develop content that empowers our sales channels and user community to realize ever-greater success.

Responsibilities:

  • Market Insights:  Understand and synthesize key market trends & drivers and communicate to revenue, marketing communications and product teams their impact on industries & buyers; Monitor market size & forecasts to determine areas of market focus in specific domains; Document and act as an internal expert of key buyer personas, challenges, buying behavior, criteria and processes.
  • Competitive Intelligence: Act as internal lead to communicate on how to win against our competitors. Conduct and/or participate in win/loss analyses, curating competitive battlecards, building our understanding of competitor trends, tactics and their impact on Cority, and educate internal teams on how to beat them.
  • Positioning: Develop product and industry vertical positioning to differentiate Cority in the marketplace; Develop, refine and continually improve messaging that differentiates specific Cority products and solutions in target markets.
  • Sales Enablement: Communicate the value proposition of Cority’s products and solutions to the revenue team, and collaborate with the marketing communication team to identify and develop enablement materials to support the sales cycle and improve win rate.
  • Demand Generation: Strategize with marketing communications, revenue, product and solutions teams to develop marketing programs and campaigns that drive demand for Cority’s products; Develop, deliver or support content including webinars, conference presentations, blogs, articles, and podcasts to support marketing efforts.
  • Product Realization & Go-to-Market: Lead project planning and communication initiatives to support the successful launch of new products, solutions and features, including ensuring organizational readiness and marketing promotion; Support the maintenance and evolution of Cority's product price list.
  • Product Innovation & Roadmap: Work collaboratively with Cority’s product management team to prioritize product innovation ideas, effectively communicate product roadmap vision and initiatives, and curate education materials and training to ensure customers realize value from these investments.
  • Communication, Promotion and Customer Relations: Act as the company voice for your specific products and target industries; Communicate domain and industry insights, and promote Cority products and solutions to key internal and external stakeholders; Meet, build and support relationships with industry analysts, media partners and customers; Serve as key thought leader/speaker at conferences, industry events and media interviews.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, product marketing, product management or business management
  • Work Experience: 2+ years of experience in marketing/product marketing roles in B2B enterprise Software as a Service; Experience working in or delivering services to the global healthcare market considered a definite asset
