The Role

As a Product Marketing Manager (PMM) you will develop and execute go-to-market strategies that connect product innovation with revenue growth. You will serve as the strategic driver and connective tissue between product, marketing, sales, and customer success teams to ensure product launches, positioning, and ensure enablement efforts are aligned to customer needs and market opportunities.

What You'll Do
  • Own and execute go-to-market strategies that align with company goals and drive customer adoption 
  • Lead and align cross-functional teams and project across Product, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to ensure successful launches 
  • Craft compelling messaging that highlights product value and resonates with target audiences 
  • Define launch goals, success metrics, and post-launch evaluation frameworks 
  • Research market and user trends and communicate insights to be actionable to cross functional partners
  • Create enablement materials like pitch decks, battlecards, and objection handling guides 
  • Partner with revenue teams to drive sales performance and impact ARR 
  • Collaborate with Lifecycle Marketing to support adoption, retention, and upsell efforts 
  • Track campaign performance using tools like Metabase and Amplitude, and optimize accordingly 
  • Provide strategic input to product and growth teams based on customer and market research 
What You'll Bring 
  • 3-5 years of experience in B2B SaaS product marketing, growth, or enablement, and a deep understanding of the SaaS buyer journey and product lifecycles 
  • Proven experience executing product launches and managing go-to-market initiatives 
  • Familiarity with tools such as Metabase, Zapier, Amplitude, Salesforce, etc. 
  • Comfortable using data to drive decisions and validate positioning 
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, or advertising preferred 
Benefits & Compensation

This is a salaried position at CompanyCam. The salary range for this position is $90,000 - $100,000 per year and is based on experience. We also offer meaningful equity and other benefits.
