What’s the role?
Modern Campus is looking for a Product Marketing Manager that will lead strategic marketing efforts for the Modern Campus CMS, Involve, and Message products. Your primary focus will be building integrated, thematic campaigns that align with strategic priorities and supporting pipeline generation with targeted outreach programs. This role is central to driving awareness, interest, and engagement across the prospective customer journey.
Campaign Strategy & Execution
- Design and implement persona-driven marketing campaigns that highlight the value and differentiation of CMS, Involve, and Message.
- Craft messaging frameworks and campaign narratives that align with institutional challenges and Modern Campus’s value proposition.
- Track and optimize campaign performance to maximize pipeline contribution and engagement.
- Work closely with Marketing, Business Development, Sales, and Product to align campaign initiatives with SDR outreach efforts.
- Create SDR plays including email sequences and call scripts aligned to campaign themes.
- Monitor outbound performance data and refine outreach strategy based on feedback and results.
- 3–5 years of experience in B2B SaaS or EdTech product marketing.
- Strong background in campaign planning and execution with measurable results.
- Clear, compelling communicator with the ability to translate product value into actionable messaging.
- Demonstrated collaboration skills with marketing peers to ensure campaign cohesion and with product teams to maintain accurate, timely positioning.
- Proven success working with Business Development and Revenue teams to drive results.
- Passion for advancing education and supporting higher education institutions.
- Experience with student engagement tools, conversational messaging, or content management systems in higher ed preferred
- The base salary range* for this full-time position is between $80,000-$95,000
