GENERAL ROLE DESCRIPTION
Reporting to the Executive Vice President, the Product Marketing Manager role within the Digital Product Team will drive adoption of digital product features and lead go-to-market efforts for new digital experiences across Wild Alaskan’s web and mobile applications. This role is a connector that bridges digital product, marketing, brand, creative, member experience, supply chain, operations, data science and analytics, and finance — ensuring that features are launched clearly, adopted effectively, and leveraged throughout the member’s journey.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
- Partner with marketing operations and creative to lead the go-to-market strategy for new features and digital experiences
- As the channel point-person for the web and mobile applications, support campaign implementation across digital properties to better serve cross-functional marketing integration
- Translate insights from data, member feedback and research to help inform the prioritization process and position digital experiences
- Collaborate closely with product managers throughout the entire product development cycle from insight to launch to iteration in order to drive feature adoption
- Serve as the marketing point-person for how we use and promote features on the site, app, and third-party tools that serve as extensions of the native experience
- Be scrappy: from conducting user research to building prototypes
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:
- 3+ years of experience in digital product marketing
- Demonstrated success in driving digital product adoption and achieving growth-related metrics
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience working across diverse teams
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment
- Excellent relationship-building skills and a level of empathy that is off the charts
- Self-starter and auto-didact with an ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment
- Passion for Wild Alaskan’s mission
- Comfortable running lightweight user research and usability tests
- You don’t settle with things being as they are and constantly ask why or what if?
- Insatiable desire to learn
NICE TO HAVES:
- Experience in ecommerce and/or subscription apps
- Product management, product design and/or software engineering experience
- Love for seafood and sustainability
- Fluent in SQL
- Experience with: Intercom, Heap/Content Square, Looker

The starting salary range for this position is $80,000 - $110,000/yr, USD, annual base salary plus performance based compensation, commensurate with skills and experience. Wild Alaskan’s benefits package includes health, vision, and dental insurance, 401k, PTO, safe/sick time, vacation, parental leave and more, as well as a delicious box of free fish every month.
