TigerConnect - the leading provider of clinical collaboration solutions for healthcare companies - is seeking a dynamic, highly motivated, and collaborative Product Marketing Manager to join our fast-paced team.

As a Product Marketing Manager, you collaborate with several critical areas to the business – Product, Marketing, and Sales. Your relentless curiosity about the way healthcare organizations communicate and collaborate, your eagerness to discover and share market and competitive findings with the Sales and Product teams, and your broadening marketing expertise make you an indispensable member of the Product Marketing team.

This role will help bind our product strategy to the tactics we need to drive success in sales and marketing and to achieve results. You will play an integral role in coordinating product launches, supporting campaign efforts, monitoring, and managing competitive intelligence, and enabling sales.

You know our competitors like the back of your hand: what they do today and where they’re headed. You also know our buyers better than they know themselves, including how they make their buying decisions. This isn’t guesswork. You back up strategic insights with market evidence and then use that knowledge to help drive the development of positioning and campaign messaging that resonates with buyers and empowers our sales channels to be successful. At times, the role is a balancing act that requires strong diplomatic skills, including knowing when to observe and when to dive in.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Product Acuity – Develop deep expertise around our key product and workflow offerings: Clinical communication, alarm management & event notification, scheduling, and patient engagement

  • Competitive Intelligence - Become an expert on our competition, why we are winning/losing and how they are positioned

  • Market Intelligence – Be the expert on our buyers, who are they, how they buy and their key buying criteria

  • Persona Development – Research and document our persona buyers’ processes in depth, including the who, what, when and why behind the decisions they make. Then share your findings to drive changes to our sales and marketing processes

  • Marketing Collateral – Create content that helps drives sales – including battle cards, datasheets, product guides, bottom of the funnel content, demo videos and more

  • Go-to-Market Planning – Plan the launches of new products and enhancements and coordinate the cross-functional implementation of the plan

  • Sales Enablement – Understand and support our sales channels by training them on competitive intelligence, product messaging and establish a steady feedback loop for improving both the data and how Marketing supports Sales

  • Marketing Effectiveness – Obsessively track performance of the marketing programs by identifying key metrics and continually suggest campaign and content improvements

  • Cross-department Collaboration – Interface with Product Management, Sales, and Customer Success and others to develop product positioning and messaging that resonates with our target segments, buyers, and personas

What You Bring:

  • 5+ years of industry experience in product or marketing with at least 3 years of product marketing experience in SaaS

  • Experience in healthcare technology industry required, experience in healthcare scheduling software a plus

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or marketing; MBA is a plus

  • Proficient in productivity applications such as MS Office, SharePoint, PowerPoint, Project Management Software, Jira and/or Asana

  • Comfortable using CRM tools such as Salesforce

  • Familiar with competitive intelligence and win/loss tools

  • Exceptional ROI-tracking skills, able to prove what is –or isn’t—working

  • Strong public speaking skills, comfortable in front of large or senior groups, demo’ing or presenting

  • Solid writer capable of organizing thoughts and observations into a clear, engaging narrative.

  • Excellent people and project management skills to interact with staff, colleagues, cross-functional teams and third parties

Perks & Benefits We Offer:

  • Enjoy remote flexibility with teams across the US and globally - plus prime office space in Santa Monica, California

  • Excellent Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance for you and your family plus a 401k match

  • Focus on your well-being through our wellness reimbursement program and company-wide wellness days (extra days off to rest and recharge)

  • Our flexible time off lets you work hard and play hard—on your schedule

  • Join a mission-driven team committed to making a real impact in the world of healthcare

What you need to know about the Boston Tech Scene

Boston is a powerhouse for technology innovation thanks to world-class research universities like MIT and Harvard and a robust pipeline of venture capital investment. Host to the first telephone call and one of the first general-purpose computers ever put into use, Boston is now a hub for biotechnology, robotics and artificial intelligence — though it’s also home to several B2B software giants. So it’s no surprise that the city consistently ranks among the greatest startup ecosystems in the world.

Key Facts About Boston Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 269,000; 9.4% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Thermo Fisher Scientific, Toast, Klaviyo, HubSpot, DraftKings
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, biotechnology, robotics, software, aerospace
  • Funding Landscape: $15.7 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Summit Partners, Volition Capital, Bain Capital Ventures, MassVentures, Highland Capital Partners
  • Research Centers and Universities: MIT, Harvard University, Boston College, Tufts University, Boston University, Northeastern University, Smithsonian Astrophysical Observatory, National Bureau of Economic Research, Broad Institute, Lowell Center for Space Science & Technology, National Emerging Infectious Diseases Laboratories
