Role Summary

As our Product Marketing Manager – GTM Launches, you’ll take the lead on bringing new features and offerings to market with impact and precision. From shaping how we talk about a release to rallying the teams that make it happen, you’ll own the full go-to-market motion—positioning, messaging, enablement, and everything in between.

Reporting to the Head of Product Marketing, you’ll work across Product, Sales, and Supply to craft compelling product narratives, sharpen our positioning, and ensure every launch is executed smoothly and effectively. Your work will directly influence how our customers understand and adopt what we’re building.

What You'll Do

  • Go-To-Market Execution: Own the full release process—from planning to execution. You’ll create strategic GTM plans that align internal teams and drive product adoption. Launches include new platform features, white-glove services, and custom inventory offerings.
  • Positioning & Messaging:  Develop clear, differentiated product narratives that highlight tvScientific’s value in the CTV and performance advertising space.
  • Content Development: Write and produce launch content including blog posts, enablement decks, one-pagers, and release notes, maintaining consistency across all external and internal channels.
  • Product Presence: Manage and maintain our presence on review sites, product pages, solutions pages, and other technical-facing content to ensure clear, consistent positioning.
  • Sales & Partner Enablement: Work alongside the Enablement team to support Sales and Growth with the tools they need to succeed, such as messaging guides, training materials, and competitive positioning.
  • Customer Insights & Market Research: Partner with PMM (Customer) to gather insights from customers, Sales, and industry trends to continuously refine product messaging and GTM strategy.
  • Performance Partnership:  Work with Product to define success metrics for each launch and iterate based on performance data and market feedback.

How We'll Define Success

  • GTM strategies are executed effectively and drive strong product adoption
  • Messaging is clear, differentiated, and resonates with both customers and internal teams
  • Sales teams are well-equipped and confident in selling new features
  • Launches are timely, coordinated, and smooth across functions
  • Messaging evolves based on insights, improving with each iteration

You’ll Be Successful in This Role if You Have/Are

  • 4+ years of experience in product marketing, GTM strategy, or related roles—preferably in adtech, CTV, or digital marketing
  • A solid grasp of B2B SaaS go-to-market strategies, especially in high-growth environments
  • Demonstrated success launching and scaling new products with clear, compelling messaging
  • Experience working cross-functionally with Product, Sales, and Marketing teams
  • Strong communication and writing skills with the ability to simplify complex ideas
  • A data-driven mindset with experience analyzing performance and refining strategy
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, startup environment with evolving priorities

You May Also Have

  • Experience in CTV, adtech, or performance marketing
  • A background in media buying or programmatic advertising
  • Familiarity with product-led growth (PLG) strategies

What you need to know about the Boston Tech Scene

Boston is a powerhouse for technology innovation thanks to world-class research universities like MIT and Harvard and a robust pipeline of venture capital investment. Host to the first telephone call and one of the first general-purpose computers ever put into use, Boston is now a hub for biotechnology, robotics and artificial intelligence — though it’s also home to several B2B software giants. • Major Tech Employers: Thermo Fisher Scientific, Toast, Klaviyo, HubSpot, DraftKings
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, biotechnology, robotics, software, aerospace
  • Funding Landscape: $15.7 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Summit Partners, Volition Capital, Bain Capital Ventures, MassVentures, Highland Capital Partners
  • Research Centers and Universities: MIT, Harvard University, Boston College, Tufts University, Boston University, Northeastern University, Smithsonian Astrophysical Observatory, National Bureau of Economic Research, Broad Institute, Lowell Center for Space Science & Technology, National Emerging Infectious Diseases Laboratories
