The Role:
As a Product Marketing Manager at adMarketplace, you'll play a key role in driving go-to-market strategy and execution for new product features. You'll craft compelling positioning and messaging that resonates with our diverse customer segments, enabling sales, marketing, and customer success teams to communicate our value effectively. You'll create high-impact collateral-from decks to whitepapers-to support revenue growth and market leadership. With a keen eye on the competitive landscape and industry trends, you'll turn insights into strategic opportunities that elevate product adoption and brand awareness.
What You'll Do:

  • Plan and co-lead in executing go-to-market launches for new features, managing cross-departmental implementation of the plan to meet success metrics
  • Assist with new product positioning, value proposition generation, and messaging to communicate the value of adMarketplace's products to our different audiences and customer segments
  • Be the go-to person across our products and their buyers, communicating the value of adMarketplace's solutions to internal teams including sales, marketing, and customer success
  • Create high-quality materials including decks, case studies, one-pagers, whitepapers, and more to support revenue growth, thought-leadership, and objection handling
  • Identify new opportunities for the business that directly impact KPIs, product awareness, and adoption
  • Conduct in-depth competitive and market research to uncover key trends, customer insights, and industry dynamics; synthesize market feedback to inform positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies


Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of marketing and product marketing experience, preferably in B2B software at high-growth technology companies
  • Experience in Ecommerce, marketing technology, or adtech is preferred
  • Prior experience supporting go-to-market efforts, successfully launching features and/or products and meeting success metrics
  • Proven ability to build trust and mutual respect, working closely with other stakeholders across multiple departments
  • Great communication and presentation skills, with a knack for presenting complex concepts in a simple and easy to understand manner
  • Proactive with a drive to solve problems with innovative solutions, geared towards action in an ambiguous, fast-paced environment


*Compensation Range: $120,000 - $140,000

*This range represents the low and high end of the base salary someone in this role may earn as an employee of adMarketplace in the New York office. Salaries will vary based on various factors including but not limited to professional and academic experience; training; associated responsibilities; and other business and organizational needs. The range listed is just one component of our total compensation package for employees. Salary decisions are dependent on the circumstances of each hire.
