Product Marketing Manager

At Chainalysis, technical marketing crafts inspiring and insightful product and customer stories for our launches and biggest marketing events. We produce exciting live demos, videos, sales materials, decks, competitive insights to fuel our go to market. We strive to  demonstrate the art of the possible. 

As a Technical Product Marketing Manager, your work will focus on understanding customer use-cases and going deep in product to effectively create compelling collateral, demos, and messaging.  You’ll collaborate across the organization with teams in product and engineering, revenue and marketing.

A creative storyteller who can not only simplify the complex and connect technical details to customer problems but also build polished assets that showcase solutions will excel in this position. 

In this role, you’ll:

  • Develop a firm grasp of our market and product portfolio, becoming an expert in product

  • Launch amazing innovations to the market, building impactful product demos for marketing moments and product launches

  • Distill complexity into clarity and create compelling content for revenue teams including videos, slides, enablement materials, and talk tracks

  • Partner with marketing to optimize how customers learn about us and try our products

  • Work with customer success managers to help customers learn about features and adopt them

  • Collaborate closely with revenue enablement to train and guide revenue teams

  • Identify opportunities to build process and frameworks to help teams coordinate effectively

We’re looking for candidates who have: 

  • 2-5 years of proven product marketing experience

  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage leaders and teams across functions, as well as external stakeholders

  • A demonstrated previous experience in executing successful launches

  • Exposure to, or interest in, the cryptocurrency technology ecosystem

  • Exceptional ability to craft stories, write impactfully, and demo product to showcase value

  • A knack for diving deep into products, experimenting, building, and providing feedback

  • A high standard for visual styling and making presentations and demos look polished
