Your impact on our mission:

As a Product Marketer, you will help to shape, communicate, and launch Panorama’s innovative products to our prospective and existing customers. You’ll bring audience, industry and opportunity insights to the product development stage. You’ll collaborate closely with marketing, sales and product teams to help build the development of value propositions, go-to-market plans, including messaging and adoption strategies. This is a great opportunity for a smart and passionate marketer to directly impact how businesses and providers experience Panorama Education, while driving change for educators and students nationwide.

On a given day, you will:

  • Lead product launches by collaborating with the Product team, building capacity for internal teams, and creating materials that build awareness and demand from prospects and customers
  • Gain customer insights through qualitative and quantitative data—K-12 market trends, internal reporting, customer feedback, and more—to inform product development, product messaging, and marketing
  • Work closely with Enablement to train sales team members on demo talk tracks and discovery questions to support demo flow
  • Partner with Sales to build necessary collateral such as product one pagers, demo decks, product pages, OnDemand videos, etc.
  • Work with Integrated Campaigns on product roadmap, audience, and upcoming product campaigns & launches.

What We Are Looking For

  • 4+ years of product marketing experience in a B2B SaaS organization (EdTech experience is a plus)
  • Demonstrated success in leading and managing product launches that align with business objectives and drive measurable outcomes.
  • Expertise in crafting product positioning, messaging frameworks, and buyer personas, as well as building and implementing scalable processes to ensure messaging consistency across teams.
  • Experience leading projects and project teams and balancing competing priorities
  • Deep experience in collecting and analyzing customer insights and market research to inform and drive strategic product marketing initiatives.
  • Can work independently or in groups, and know when to ask for feedback or help but can confidently lead initiatives independently and in groups.

Base Salary: The starting salary range for this role is $119,800 - $133,180. Actual offers will depend on experience and skills.

The “Base Salary” range represents the low and high end of the anticipated salary range for this position across all US locations. The determination of this anticipated Base Salary range involves the consideration of many factors in making compensation decisions including but not limited to: unique skill sets, experience, training, performance, licensure and certifications, as well as other business and organizational needs. Our anticipated Base Salary determination is just one component of Panorama’s competitive total rewards strategy that also includes annual bonus or commission awards, equity awards, as well as other region-specific health and welfare benefits.

While many of us work remotely, across the country, Panorama's office is found on School Street, the birthplace of public education in the US.

What you need to know about the Boston Tech Scene

Boston is a powerhouse for technology innovation thanks to world-class research universities like MIT and Harvard and a robust pipeline of venture capital investment. Host to the first telephone call and one of the first general-purpose computers ever put into use, Boston is now a hub for biotechnology, robotics and artificial intelligence — though it’s also home to several B2B software giants. So it’s no surprise that the city consistently ranks among the greatest startup ecosystems in the world.

Key Facts About Boston Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 269,000; 9.4% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Thermo Fisher Scientific, Toast, Klaviyo, HubSpot, DraftKings
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, biotechnology, robotics, software, aerospace
  • Funding Landscape: $15.7 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Summit Partners, Volition Capital, Bain Capital Ventures, MassVentures, Highland Capital Partners
  • Research Centers and Universities: MIT, Harvard University, Boston College, Tufts University, Boston University, Northeastern University, Smithsonian Astrophysical Observatory, National Bureau of Economic Research, Broad Institute, Lowell Center for Space Science & Technology, National Emerging Infectious Diseases Laboratories
