What skills do I need?
- 3-5+ years of product marketing experience, demonstrating a proven ability to to drive product adoption and shape industry narratives.
- Proven ability to lead complex, cross-functional product launches and marketing initiatives from concept to execution, effectively navigating a fast-paced and evolving market.
- Expertise in utilizing market research, competitive analysis, and customer feedback (VOC) to inform product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies, driving measurable business results.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with ability to explain complicated concepts in clear and concise terms.
- A strong understanding of technical products and/or experience in manufacturing is highly valued. A Bachelor's degree in STEM or related fields is a plus.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop compelling, industry-specific messaging for life sciences and manufacturing that differentiates our technology solutions and drives market leadership.
- Lead and execute impactful product launches, collaborating closely with product, engineering, and sales to drive adoption and revenue.
- Conduct in-depth market research on manufacturing trends, competitive solutions, and customer needs to craft compelling positioning and messaging.
- Empower sales and customer success teams with high-value materials, playbooks, and training to accelerate deal cycles and customer adoption.
- Create authoritative content—whitepapers, case studies, and presentations—that establishes Tulip as an innovator in the manufacturing technology space.
- Define key metrics for product adoption and marketing performance, using insights to refine positioning and GTM execution.
- Work closely with executives, product teams, and external partners to align on growth strategies, influence the roadmap, and scale the company’s impact in the manufacturing sector.
