ABOUT THE POSITION

You'll own how Linxup goes to market. You'll turn new products and features into launches that land, make sure every seller and support rep can explain our value in a customer's own words, and keep us sharper than the competition. You'll sit in Marketing and partner daily with Product, Sales, and Customer Success.


ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS – RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead go-to-market launches. Plan and run launches for new products and features, from tiering and readiness through sales, customer, and market rollout. Measure what happened and improve the next one
  • Enable the team. Deliver product updates, training, and sales tools (pitch decks, battle cards, talk tracks, demo stories, FAQs) so everyone at Linxup understands how our solutions work and why customers buy.
  • Own competitive and market insight. Track competitors, win/loss patterns, and market shifts. Turn findings into regular reporting and clear recommendations
  • Shape positioning and messaging. Evolve our positioning, messaging, and narrative so Linxup is the obvious choice. Keep it consistent across web, campaigns, sales, and product
  • Be the voice of the customer. Talk to customers and prospects. Bring what you learn back to Product and Marketing
  • Other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 5+ years in product marketing, preferably B2B SaaS
  • A track record of launches you planned and ran end to end, with results you can point to
  • Experience building sales enablement that reps actually use
  • Impeccable project management: you run cross-functional work with many moving parts and hit dates
  • Excellent collaboration, writing, and presenting; you make complex products simple and persuasive
  • Grounding in using data and customer research to make decisions
  • Comfort using AI tools to research, write, and work smarter
  • Experience with SMB buyers, telematics, IoT, fleet, or field service software
  • Experience with competitive programs and win/loss analysis
  • Familiarity with Salesforce and product analytics tools

WORK ENVIRONMENT

  • The hours of this position are Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM until 5:00 PM
